Hi, I'm Catherine. As a former plastic surgeon, integrative medicine physician, certified health and wellness coach, and certified life coach, I understand the challenges women face in achieving sustainable weight loss, especially after 50. After personally losing close to 90 pounds—35 of which I lost post-menopause—I know exactly what it takes to overcome the obstacles that stand in your way. Now, I dedicate my life to guiding women like you through your transformation journey.
