Hi, I'm Catherine. As a former plastic surgeon, integrative medicine physician, certified health and wellness coach, and certified life coach, I understand the challenges women face in achieving sustainable weight loss, especially after 40. After personally losing close to 90 pounds—35 of which I lost post-menopause—I know exactly what it takes to overcome the obstacles that stand in your way. Now, I dedicate my life to guiding women like you through your transformation journey.
Through Transform: Mind, Body Life, I will empower you to break free from dieting cycles, shift your mindset, and adopt a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. I'll be by your side every step of the way—helping you take action, stay motivated, and achieve the lasting results you deserve.
Transform is my 12-week, one-on-one coaching program for women over 40
who are ready to lose weight, feel more energized, and take back control of their health.
You’ll learn to eat in a way that nourishes your body, shift the thoughts that hold you back, and build habits that last—without dieting, deprivation, or guilt.

"I hired Catherine as a health coach shortly after turning 50. I wanted to give myself the gift of better health. Plus, I didn’t like how I was feeling and worried about the ‘menopausal middle.’ With Catherine’s empathetic yet persistent guidance, we set about determining what was important to me and crafting a plan of reasonable actionable steps to reach my goals. I truly valued her insight, curiosity, and commitment to finding out why I was making certain choices about my health. Even having the awareness that my behavior was a choice was eye-opening.”
