When you work with Catherine, you're gaining the expertise of a certified coach who has walked the path herself. With years of professional experience and a personal journey of losing close to 100 pounds—including 35 pounds most recently, post-menopause—Catherine brings empathy, expertise, and evidence-based strategies to every session.
